The renovation of Horner Mill has Apartments, Retail and a Hotel center around an interior oasis with waterfalls, palm trees and pools. Sited on the Grand River complete with beach and ziplines.

Constructed by Richard for Richard Barnes in Bonita Springs, FL. The house is constructed of concrete block and stucco. The house raps around a pool and looks out over the river.

Richard Morris Architecture, LLC was inspired by the region’s architecture and natural environment and our team decided to base the design of the project on those elements. Designed for flood control and views of Boca Grand Island.
Oakview Lane, Punta Gorda, FL
Designed and built by Richard Morris with hurricanes in mind. This home was built with solid concrete walls and sold before it was finished.

We work with developers to make them successful. This home in Denver was completely remodeled and sold for a large profit.
